ROOM REFURBISHMENT

The hotel rooms were in need of a refurbishment due to the dated finishes and furnishing within. The client needed to stay competitive within the tourist industry and the dated rooms were preventing this.

Our solution was to completely refurbish the rooms and work closely with the hotel manager to ensure the clients were happy with the outcome and the finishes were appropriate to the hotel. Bathrooms were also stripped out and retiled to freshen up these areas.

The client was able to generate a higher room rate and better occupancy rates due to more attractive rooms and increase demand.
